How do I resubscribe?
(after cancelling apple and google play subscription)

If you would like to re-subscribe to a Learning Islands subscription, follow the steps below which are applicable to you.

Still have the Learning Islands App downloaded (Re-subscribing within 30-days)
1. Open the Learning Islands App
2. From the map screen, access the 'Grown Up Portal' by clicking on the menu bar in the bottom left-hand corner
3. Select the cog icon and click Grown Up Portal
4. Select 'Subscription Info' and select a new subscription and pick up where you left off. Only accessible if re-subscribing within 30-days.

You have deleted the Learning Islands App (Re-subscribing within 30-days)
1. Download the Learning Islands App from the Apple or Google Play Store
2. Open the Learning Islands App and sign in on the welcome page
3. From the map screen, access the 'Grown Up Portal' by clicking on the menu bar in the bottom left-hand corner
4. Select the cog icon and click Grown Up Portal
5. Select 'Subscription Info' and select a new subscription and pick up where you left off. Only accessible if re-subscribing within 30-days.

Re-subscribing after 30-days
1. Open or re-download the Learning Islands App
2. Follow the sign-up instructions as if you were a new user
