To unsubscribe from email notifications, follow these steps:

1. Open the Learning Islands App
2. From the map screen, access the 'Grown Up Portal' by clicking on the menu bar in the bottom left-hand corner
3. Select the cog icon and click Grown Up Portal
4. Select 'Notification Settings'
5. Switch on/off notifications

Alternatively, click the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of the email
