If you want to delete your Learning Island account and clear your data, please follow the below steps:

Open the Learning Island app, Go to settings > Grown Up Portal > User Settings > Delete Account > Accept the terms by checking the box > Confirm Delete account.

Deleting your account will wipe all the account details including the child's progress permanently and details cannot be recovered.

If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it in the respective store.
